The tourturous hell that is laundry

I hate laundry. Really. It is the most mundane, idiotic, repetitive chore in the world. (well, my world anyway.) I am sure that if I were employed as a janitor or a street cleaner, I could find a more repulsive, repetitive chore. But for me, in my world, it's laundry. I seriously loathe it. The fact that Martha Stewart could find any joy in this task proves to me that she is a few cards short of a deck. Or maybe it's that she just gets to tell all of her employees how to do her laundry. That I would be OK with. Really there is no point to this post, other that to bitch about my abject hatred for laundry. That is what they should do with all the prisoners in the U.S....make them laundry workers. The big offenders would have to wash the cloth diapers, BY HAND! That would teach them.

OK, enough moaning. I am off to switch out another load. My cousin did tell me that they have a new machine out that is a washer/dryer all in one. I'll have to check in to that. Maybe mine will mysteriously have to go on the fritz very soon, for no good reason.

I hate laundry too! It feels like it consumes my life, house, everything. Why is it that as soon as I get it all put away, it's time to do more laundry?! Such a nightmare!

I loved your post on laundry! I am too overwhelmed to even take a picture of mine. Some day they will learn to do their own laundry...some day.
